Pocket Pulse is a vibration relaxation utility. We do not collect your name, account, location, or any personally identifying information. Your session history is stored only on your device.
1. Overview
Pocket Pulse ("the App") is a mobile application that plays timed phone-vibration "massage" routines for comfort and relaxation. It works without an account and without a backend server. This Privacy Policy explains what limited information third-party services may collect and how it is used.
2. On-Device Data
Your usage data stays on your device:
Session stats and history (counts, durations, selected patterns) are stored locally on your device
This data is never uploaded to us, and the developer has no access to it
The App is a comfort tool and is not a medical device; it does not collect health data
3. Information Collected by Third Parties
3.1 Advertising Data
The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect:
Device advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS / GAID on Android)
IP address (for approximate location-based ad targeting)
Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)
On iOS, the App asks for your permission via App Tracking Transparency (ATT) before using the advertising identifier for personalized ads. In regions such as the EEA/UK, a consent prompt (GDPR) is shown. If you decline, you will still see non-personalized ads.
3.2 Analytics Data
The App uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand aggregate, anonymous usage and improve the App. This may include:
App events (e.g., starting or completing a session)
Device model, operating system version, and app version
An anonymous, app-specific instance identifier
3.3 Device Features
The App uses your device's vibration/haptics hardware to deliver routines. This does not require a special permission and collects no data.
4. Information We Do NOT Collect
Your name, email, or personal identity
Precise location data
Contacts, call logs, messages, photos, or microphone audio
Health, medical, or biometric data
Any content beyond the anonymous analytics and advertising data described above
Android: reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings > Google > Ads
Reopen the in-app ad privacy options (where available) to change your consent
8. Data Deletion
Because session data is stored only on your device, you can delete all App data by uninstalling the App or clearing the App's data in your device settings.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
