WakeFlow is a local-first sleep and morning routine app. Your sleep records, alarms, routines and profile stay on your device. We do not run a backend server and we do not collect your personal data.
1. Information We Process
The information you enter into WakeFlow — bedtime, wake time, sleep quality, factors, morning routine checks, alarm settings, target wake time and sleep goal — is stored only on your device using the local storage of your operating system. It never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to share it (for example, by tapping the system share sheet from the Share Card screen).
2. Optional AI Coach (Gemini)
The AI Coach feature is optional. It only activates when you provide your own Google Gemini API key in Settings. When enabled:
Your recent sleep summary and routine progress are sent to Google's Gemini API to generate a coaching response.
You are responsible for the data sent under your own API key. Please review Google's Gemini API terms and privacy notices.
WakeFlow does not retain or proxy these requests on a server.
3. Notifications
WakeFlow uses local notifications (scheduled on your device) to fire alarms and reminders. We do not use push notifications and do not operate a notification server.
4. Sensors
The Shake mission for the wake-up alarm reads the accelerometer in real time only while the wake-up screen is visible. Sensor readings are processed in memory to count shakes and are never stored or transmitted.
5. Advertising
WakeFlow displays ads from Google AdMob to keep the app free. AdMob may collect a device advertising identifier and other technical data to deliver ads. You can manage advertising preferences in your device settings (e.g., "Limit Ad Tracking" on iOS, "Reset/Delete advertising ID" on Android). Learn more from Google's Privacy Policy.
6. Permissions We Request
Notifications — to fire alarms and reminders.
Schedule Exact Alarm (Android 12+) — to fire alarms at the exact requested time.
Motion / Accelerometer — to detect device shaking for the Shake alarm mission.
Vibration / Wake Lock — to keep the wake-up screen active and to vibrate when the alarm fires.
7. Data Retention & Deletion
All data is stored locally. To delete it, uninstall the app or clear app data from system settings.
8. Children's Privacy
WakeFlow is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above.

웨이크플로우는 로컬 우선 수면·아침 루틴 앱입니다. 수면 기록, 알람, 루틴, 프로필은 모두 사용자의 기기에만 저장됩니다. 자체 백엔드 서버를 운영하지 않으며 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
1. 처리하는 정보
웨이크플로우에 입력하시는 정보(취침/기상 시각, 수면 질, 영향 요소, 모닝 루틴 체크, 알람 설정, 목표 기상 시각, 수면 목표 등)는 운영체제의 로컬 저장소에만 보관됩니다. 사용자가 명시적으로 공유(예: 공유 카드에서 시스템 공유 시트 사용)하지 않는 한 기기 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.
2. 선택적 AI 코치 (Gemini)
AI 코치 기능은 선택 기능입니다. 설정에서 Google Gemini API 키를 직접 입력해야 활성화됩니다. 활성화 시:
최근 수면 요약과 루틴 진행 현황이 Google Gemini API로 전송되어 코칭 응답을 생성합니다.
알람과 리마인더는 기기 내부에서 예약되는 로컬 알림을 사용합니다. 푸시 알림이나 알림 서버를 사용하지 않습니다.
4. 센서
알람 해제용 흔들기 미션은 깨우기 화면이 표시되는 동안에만 가속도 센서를 실시간으로 사용합니다. 센서 값은 흔들림 횟수를 세는 용도로 메모리에서만 처리되며 저장·전송되지 않습니다.
5. 광고
앱을 무료로 제공하기 위해 Google AdMob 광고를 표시합니다. AdMob은 광고 제공을 위해 광고 식별자 및 기술 정보를 수집할 수 있습니다. 기기 설정(iOS의 "광고 추적 제한", Android의 "광고 ID 재설정/삭제")에서 광고 환경설정을 관리할 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 Google 개인정보처리방침을 참고하세요.
6. 요청 권한
알림 — 알람·리마인더 발생용.
정확한 알람 예약(Android 12 이상) — 정확한 시각에 알람을 울리기 위함.
모션/가속도 센서 — 흔들기 알람 미션 감지용.
진동·웨이크 락 — 알람 발생 시 깨우기 화면 유지 및 진동.
7. 데이터 보관 & 삭제
모든 데이터는 기기 내부에 저장됩니다. 삭제하려면 앱을 제거하거나 시스템 설정에서 앱 데이터를 초기화하세요.
8. 아동 개인정보
웨이크플로우는 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.
